Return and Exchange Policy

  • Ten Accents follows NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY unless there is a manufacturing or fabric defect. Each product sold by Ten Accents is sent to customers only after a detailed quality check. Still, if there is any manufacturing/fabric defect, the product will be eligible for exchange only if proven. Making an unpacking video of the product is a must to claim an exchange.
  • Please ensure the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery. The product will be accepted for exchange only if it is unused, unwashed, and has the original tags intact.
  • Ten Accents does not provide pick-up and drop facilities, hence, customers will have to bear the to-and-fro courier charges.
  • If the exchange request is raised and we do not have the stock available, the whole amount will be refunded to the customer.

We currently serve only across India. Below are the details regarding charges and delivery timeline.

  • Ten Accents offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA.
  • All our outfits are made-to-order, it takes us 7-10 business days from the date of order placement to dispatch the orders.
  • Expect an additional delay of 10-12 days in order dispatch due to season time, sales, festivals, or high volume.
  • In case of unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances like political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc., there could be a delay. In such a scenario, our team shall inform you via call or email.

Order Acceptance Policy

Our orders are shipped via third-party shipping agencies. It is important for us that our customers receive orders on time and in good condition. However, if the order is received in damaged/broken condition or the parcel is opened, please follow the given steps to ensure the timely and correct resolution for the issue.

  •  Take pictures and record a video of the damaged, broken, or opened parcels. 
  • Promptly raise the issues with visual evidence and order number to us at contact@10accents.com
  • Our team will work towards resolving the problem and initiating any necessary claims with the shipment agency.

Order Cancellation Policy

Here are the terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Ten Accents.

  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of order placement, we will refund the amount.
  • To request cancellation, please write to us at:-contact@10accents.com
  • Ten Accents also reserves the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to reasons like unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Ten Accents, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
  • Any cancellations after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 2-3% (as payment gateway charges).
